These are heritage breed American Guinea Hog (AGH) crossed with Mangalista & Berkshire. Larger than our previous animals because of the introduction of a Berkshire Sire, the result is a more flavorful pig, that has more muscle than our previous offerings.

The AGH hog is known for its tender yet firm meat with creamy fat and the Mangalista is known as the Kobe Beef of the pork world with marbling throughout the different cuts. The Berkshire is a hardier pig with a larger percentage of cut meat in from hanging weight. Custom Processing to your specification by Cain’s Processing in Amery, WI.
